November 30th, 2006Last Oct the gambling bill was passed in the US which made it illegal for banks to transfer funds to online gambling sites. This did not make it illegal to gamble online. The bill was challenged in WTO which the ruling was against the US. The US still has not complied with the ruling so Antiqua and a couple other countries so far have filed lawsuit against the US asking for damages which is in the billions.
